  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons panko or bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
