Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2-4 hours).
