  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter (or regular butter with minced garlic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear seasoned beef until golden; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, melt garlic butter and add beef broth; simmer briefly.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce and return beef to the skillet; warm through.
  6. Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish if desired.
