  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbled. Season with salt and pepper, drain excess fat, and cool to room temperature.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, along with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
