  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually incorporate into the wet mixture. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop chilled dough, flatten it, place cheesecake filling in the center, and wrap dough around it to form balls.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool slightly before drizzling with melted white chocolate and topping with chopped Reese’s.
