  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef for about 7–8 minutes; stir in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and distribute the beef mixture evenly on each one. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese before rolling tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
