  • 16 oz short pasta (uncooked)
  • 810 slices thick cut turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup thin sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • ⅔ cup whole milk plus up to 1/3 cup or more as desired
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and 2/3 of the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust dressing if necessary and garnish with parsley.
