  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups powdered icing sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½1 teaspoon mint extract (depending on your tastes)
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (130 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together room temperature butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg until fully combined.
