  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay one package of crescent dough flat in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, pressing seams together.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crescent layer and cover with the second package of crescent dough.
  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle on top before baking.
