  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato pure
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to heat preference)
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika, ginger, garlic, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
