  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir constantly until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss in steamed broccoli and cooked fettuccine pasta, coating everything well.
  6. Top your creamy mixture with grilled chicken strips and serve immediately.
