  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • Scotch bonnet pepper or chili flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in curry powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
