Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually mix in warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 6-8 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  4. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 portions; shape each into a ball and place them in the muffin tin.
  5. Let the dough balls rest for 20 minutes. Mix minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper; press dimples into each dough ball and spoon the mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
