  • 1 pound Lo Mein noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Melt butter on the grill, then sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the grill and pour the sauce over them. Toss thoroughly to coat and sauté for a few minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds before serving.
