  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any preferred flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner's sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle (12×16 inches). Cut it in half to form two rectangles.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly on one rectangle, then place the second rectangle on top and press lightly to seal.
  4. Cut the pastry into ½-inch wide strips and then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
  5. Pinch the ends of each strip together and twist gently to form shapes.
  6. Arrange the twists on the prepared baking sheet with space between them and chill for 15-20 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling on a wire rack and dust with confectioner's sugar before serving.
