  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan, add mozzarella if desired, then top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
